Valorant Smurf Accounts Shop is an online store that sells ranked and unranked Valorant Smurf Accounts. Buying and selling Valorant gaming accounts is a violation of Riot Games’ Terms of Service. You assume full responsibility for purchasing an account. If Riot Games restricts or revokes your account, Valorant Smurf Accounts Shop will only replace or refund the Valorant account if you are still within the warranty period of 10 days. We will not refund or replace any accounts due to Riot Games action after these ten days. Valorant Smurf Accounts is not linked with Riot Games in any way.

Order Acceptance

Playing a competitive or unrated game on an account indicates that the account has been fully recognized as received. If your account has a different rating than the one you purchased, please notify us before playing any competitive matchmaking games on it. The difference will be reimbursed, or the account will be replaced. If you have played some games, we will not be able to assist you with the rank differential.

If something happens to your account and we are only responsible for the price that you paid us, we will pay it back. In that instance, we will not be responsible for giving you the Valorant points or any other in-game items on your account. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number or receipt attached and we’ll swiftly process the refund for you.

Delivery Method & Time

We guarantee instant delivery on each account., Please submit a request if you do not receive the relevant details. You may also find the account information on My Orders within your account.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy

  • If you play a game on an ordered account, you can’t ask for it to be replaced and get a refund.
  • If the rank becomes inactive after purchase, a replacement will be required immediately. (On such an account, the customer should not play any games.)
  • If a customer’s account is compromised and locked, he/she must contact us as soon as possible so we can try to recover it over the next three business days.
  • We will not be responsible for any account sold to another entity by the end-user.
  • Once we sell, we do not buy back our accounts.
  • When you purchase Valorant Smurfs from the Valorant Smurf Accounts Shop, it’s important to read product descriptions and any other detail.; We will not be accountable for any replacement or refund, and claims of “item not as described” will be ignored and deemed null and void.
  • Customers are entirely responsible for the security of their debit/credit/visa/master cards and Paypal accounts. Valorant Smurf Accounts shall not be held liable for any “unauthorised transaction” made on the customer’s card or Paypal account, and will not be held liable for any fines or unauthorized refunds.
  • Customers must provide a valid email address that is the same as their PayPal email address in the email billing area. If the consumer fails to provide the correct email address and instead provides alternative email addresses. In that situation, Valorant Smurf Accounts Shop cannot be held liable for the failed delivery of the digital goods, and “item not received” claims will not be accepted by us, and we will not be entirely responsible for the digital product’s delivery.
  • We will not be accountable for any dispute brought by the customer after 12 hours of delivery of the products and will not be responsible for any payment or refund of any kind.
  • Refunds and chargebacks are not accepted and will not be considered once you have purchased our digital items.


If you fail to meet any of the criteria mentioned, We retain the right to deny the return or exchange or to impose alternative or additional conditions.
